We are a company that provides services in the field of welding and comprehensive metalworking.
We employ highly qualified employess, guided by precision and accuracy at work.
Having complete design facilities and complex machine park, we offer product manufacture at every stage of production, including its design.
We offer the following services:

Punching (rotator punching machine)

Sheet metal processing up to 6mm thick (stainless up to 3mm) and dimensions 1250x2500.
Punching takes place at pressure of 20 tons with accuracy of ± 0.1mm.
The valuation and feasibility study are based on 2D documentation (*.dxf,*.dwg) and detailed drawings.

Grinding (MATE ValueGrind)

The MATE ValueGrind machine for grinding of punches and stamps maintains an optimal condition for the highest quality of punching.
The valuation and feasibility study is carried out of email or telephone contact.

Bending

• Bending brake:
  width operating 3100mm
  pressure 135 tons
• Bender machine of pipes
  Pipes ∅ 10, 22, 25, 28, 30, 32, 38

The valuation and feasibility study are based on 2D documentation (*.dxf,*.dwg), detailed drawings and 3D models (*.sldprt).

Welding (MIG/MAG welding machine and TIG welding machine)

We weld:

• black and stainless steel sheets,
• argon-coated aluminum,
• steel and aluminum structures.

Resistance butt welding (transformer welding device)
We weld:

• work arbor: M3-M8
• threaded bush: M3-M6

to steel:

• black steel,
• galvanized steel,
• stainless steel,
• heat-resisting steel.

The valuation and feasibility study are based on 2D and detailed drawings.

Cutting and burning (belt cut-off machine and plasm and gas burning)

Gate shear 
We process sheets up to 6mm. The valuation and feasibility study is carried out of email or telephone contact.

Milling, turning (milling machine, column drill, turning lathe)
We process uncomplicated elements made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastics.

Max. turning length:

• 2000mm for elements up to Ø400
• 150mm for elements up to Ø600

The valuation and feasibility study are based on 2D documentation - detailed drawings.

Spray painting (wet method)
Availibity of colors according to the RAL K7 CLASSIC palette.
